Dave is a dedicated member of the Cambridge property management team and looks after a mix of properties across a range of sectors.
With over 8 years of real estate experience, Dave most recently joined the Cambridge Property Management team from Savills London head office, and prides himself on his communication and service delivery.
Based in the London Business Space team since 2022, Dave has been working on the core sectors of office, industrial and retail, having developed a desire to expand his expertise beyond residential, servicing clients such as Legal and General and The Wellcome Trust.
Dave started his Real Estate career within the residential sector at a boutique Property Management firm in 2015, managing property on behalf of a range of clients. He joined Savills’ Prime Estates team in 2019 working with The Wellcome Trust, managing a portfolio of South Kensington and Knightsbridge long-leasehold blocks. Previously Dave was responsible for the South Kensington Estate Management Scheme which monitors and upholds the external condition of all properties across the 58-acre Estate.
