Carolyn Burbidge

Carolyn's focus is on lease consultancy matters on retail and office and industrial properties in the south west, but also on market town retail properties located nationwide. Carolyn has acted for a number of Institutions, property companies, high wealth individuals and tenants. Carolyn also carries out a number of valuations and Independent Expert Reports for a variety of purposes including referrals to independent expert, arbitration and court. Carolyn also provides asset management and day to day management on portfolios of retail units.

Carolyn is a Bristolian and joined Savills in 2005 when Savills acquired Mansfield Elstob Main, a specialist retail and Investment practice.
