Chris is a director within Savills' Retail and Leisure team and has been with the business since 2005. He leads the South West team, overseeing a wide-ranging client portfolio and instructions throughout the UK.  

With over 25 years' experience in the retail and leisure property sector, Chris specialises in advising corporate landlords, occupiers and developers on a wide range of asset management and agency matters. He provides strategic advice across an extensive portfolio of leisure destinations and shopping centres throughout Southern England, the South West and South Wales.

Chris also advises a number of institutional landlords on the management and performance of their high street investments, helping to maximise value and enhance asset performance.

In addition, he works with a broad range of public and private sector organisations, providing retail property advice to educational establishments, transport operators and healthcare institutions.
