Nick joined Savills in September 1990 and is a director in the lease consultancy department. He has specialised in the out of town retail market (food and non-food sectors) since 1992.
Nick's work includes rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and buy backs on a wide range of retail stock throughout the UK. Nick regularly casts for landlords at third party writing expert witness reports to arbitrators and experts. Nick works closely with asset managers on a number of large retail schemes analysing lettings and providing advice on how to optimise and maximise rental value. Since 2007 Nick has become increasingly involved with advising landlords on strategy at lease renewal. This requires a thorough understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
