
Lucie is an associate director in the Lincoln office, she joined Savills in 2015 and has worked in the consultancy team ever since
Lucie specialises in acting for clients who have land, or interests in land and property acquired through compulsory purchase, easements and wayleaves. She is also a Registered Valuer, carrying out Red Book valuations for all purposes as well as Charities Act Reports.
Acting for landowners and tenants impacted by infrastructure schemes, Lucie deals with all matters throughout the life of a project, including: initial intrusive and non-intrusive survey licences, feeding in to consultations, making representations throughout examination, agreeing heads of terms for acquisition, negotiating financial terms and compensation, resolving practical and other issues that might arise.
Another aspect of Lucie's work is providing Designated Advisor Reports in accordance with The Charities Act 2011 for both retained and non-retained clients.
She also negotiates variations and removals of restrictive covenant's and overages.
Lucie is mum to two children; as well as enjoying watching and supporting them playing sport, she also enjoys playing sport herself -particularly netball, football and cycling.
