Jonathan Morgan-Smith

Jonathan is a rural practice surveyor and a registered valuer, who undertakes all aspects of professional work on a variety of rural, commercial and residential properties and also provides strategic estate management advice to private and institutional clients. 

Jonathan has a wide range of professional experience, specialising in providing RICS Red Book valuations for trust and taxation purposes and loan security valuations for lenders, and for matrimonial purposes including expert witness reports for the Courts. He is also one of the first surveyors to qualify for professional membership of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a global professional organisation for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.

Other areas of expertise include estate strategy, capital tax planning, agricultural and property law, and Landlord and Tenant.
