Elizabeth joined Savills in 2024, having worked for seven years prior assisting clients across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire with a range of professional support and advice. Having moved to the Lincoln office in October 2025, she undertakes a variety of rural consultancy and management work, supporting both private and corporate clients, including Red Book valuations.
Elizabeth has developed a breadth of knowledge in providing advice to private and corporate landlords and tenants on rural leases and estate management. She regularly conducts a range of valuations for a variety of purposes such as taxation, lending and estate planning and restructuring, including portfolio valuations. Elizabeth has been involved with utilities schemes at a variety of scales affecting individual landowners to larger regional projects, providing advice and support to landowners and tenants affected by compulsory purchase and nationally significant infrastructure projects.
Elizabeth is a member of the RICS, and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). She has a Masters in Rural Estates and Land Management from Harper Adams University, which she gained with Merit in 2017.
