Whether you’re a landlord or tenant they are committed to making renting and letting as straightforward and valuable as possible. Our dedicated team has experience in every step on the lettings journey - from preparing a property for the market through to property searches, the tenancy process, property management and renewal and termination of the tenancy.  Fees are payable by the Landlord commensurate with the rental achieved and the total period that the Tenant we introduce occupies your property and are set out in more detail in our Terms of Business.  Tenants are required to pay administration and reference charges and inventory check out charges.
