Savills has advised David Oprey, Richard Toone and Kevin Murphy of Chantrey Vellacott DKF, as Administrators of Pedersen (Liverpool) Ltd and on behalf of NAMA, on the sale of Hotel Novotel Liverpool Centre, Hanover Street, Liverpool to Algonquin for £13.15 million.  

Savills serves up third property for celebrity chef Paul Ainsworth in Padstow, Cornwall

Savills, on behalf of the joint LPA receivers AB Hughes and JP Smith of Alder King, has sold The Tregea Hotel in Padstow, Cornwall to chef Paul Ainsworth and his wife Emma, who own the Michelin-starred Restaurant Paul Ainsworth at Number 6. The freehold property was offered with vacant possession at a guide price in excess of £650,000.
