Working closely with other teams within Savills, our dilapidations department is in a position to maximise knowledge and secure success. Through advice and guidance, we assess, enforce and defend dilapidations, as well as advise on compliance with conditional break clause obligations, negotiations and carrying out diminution (Section 18) valuations.
Our team members sit on the RICS Dilapidations Forum Steering and Working Groups, publish articles and textbooks and speak at conferences.
