Savills Southampton is a, multi-disciplinary office offering commercial, licensed leisure, development, new homes, planning, urban design and building consultancy services. The team comprises 50 staff located in Southampton City Centre.
Each team has detailed knowledge and experience of their local and regional markets and in-depth research to ensure the highest service and result for you the client. Refreshing, innovative and enthusiastic attitude to meet clients’ needs and adapt to ever changing market conditions.

Given our local knowledge Savills is proud to be involved with major schemes across Central Southern England. In addition to our local knowledge we can draw upon our national and international network of offices helping provide a wide range of professional, property management, agency and consultancy services across the commercial and residential sectors.
