The Birmingham Investment team has been established for over 8 years and has grown to be one of the market leading capital advisors in the city centre and wider Midlands region. During this time they have established strong links with a wide variety of clients including UK and International institutions, property companies, Trusts, private investors, property developers, corporate occupiers and administration teams and lenders. This has led to the team being involved in both large and high profile deals within the region as well as other smaller deals, which often require a more innovative approach.

The team works very closely with other service lines within both the Savills Birmingham office and across Savills’ offices worldwide to provide clients with comprehensive investment advice alongside any other advice required. This joined up thinking has led to us being Estate Gazette’s advisor of the year in the West Midlands region for the past two years.

The team has a very good track record in providing advice on both sales and acquisitions including sourcing and advising on development funding for pre-let investments. A number of recent sales have included complicated debt structures and the team has excellent experience in working with various stake holders to deliver a successful result to all.
