Beaconsfield is superbly  located on the M40 corridor in Buckinghamshire close to the Chiltern Hills. With its historic Old Town and bustling New Town, surrounded by Green Belt, it is a wonderful place to live and work. The picturesque Old Town dates to the thirteenth century, whilst the New Town is home to the world famous Bekonscot model village.  Property ranges from Victorian terraced cottages to large detached properties, both old and new, starting at around £350,000 and rising to over £10 million for sales, and £1500 to £10,000pcm for lettings.

Facilities in the Old Town include independent retail and antique shops, a post office and a variety of restaurants and public houses.  The New Town offers a range of supermarkets, banks, boutiques and independent shops, in addition to a library, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a weekly market and the monthly farmers market. The area has a wide selection of sports clubs and leisure facilities.

Buckinghamshire is renowned for its choice and standard of schooling. The county is one of the last to maintain the traditional grammar school system, of which Beaconsfield High School for girls is the closest, with alternative grammar schools in other local towns for both boys and girls. There is also excellent private schooling.

Excellent communication links include a Chiltern Railways mainline rail service to London Marylebone (from 32 minutes) and Birmingham, whilst the close proximity of the M40 and M25 enable easy access to central London, the West Country, the south and Heathrow, Luton and Gatwick airports.
