
Tom Morrison is part of the rural consultancy team in the Savills Cirencester (Tetbury Road) office. He specialises in valuation and advice surrounding infrastructure projects for farms, estates and rural properties across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
Tom Graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2022 with a degree in Rural Land Management. He became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2025.
Starting in the estate management team, Tom has since moved to the consultancy team to assist his team with valuations and to continue to specialise in giving advice to landowners impacted by major infrastructure and utility projects.
Tom has particular experience in delivering water infrastructure projects and has worked for both landowners and acquiring authorities on a number of schemes
Tom enjoys watching and taking part in many sports, with Rugby, Cricket and Skiing being his favourite.
