Hannah Wray is part of the rural consultancy team in the Savills Oxford (Botley) office. She specialises in valuation and landlord‑and‑tenant advice for farms, estates, and rural properties across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.
Hannah graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2016 with a degree in Rural Land Management. She became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) in 2018.
As an RICS Registered Valuer, Hannah undertakes valuations across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties for a range of purposes, including taxation, loan security, annual accounts, and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on farms, estates, and rural property.
As a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, Hannah also advises clients on complex landlord‑and‑tenant matters.
Outside the office, Hannah is an enthusiastic rugby supporter and avid hiker. She plays touch rugby, follows Leicester Tigers closely, and loves spending time in the mountains with her cocker spaniel.
