Penny Griggs

Having started in the residential sector, Penny, who is an MRICS registered valuer, moved over to commercial in 2017. The majority of her career has been spent working within the Savills commercial valuations team in Margaret Street, London, and she has taken up the position in Southampton having recently relocated from Surrey to the south coast. Penny currently undertakes valuation of property for various purposes including lending, charities, viability, expert witness and internal accounts.

In addition, Penny undertakes viability work for both private clients and local planning authorities across Hampshire, Dorset and Sussex.

Penny is a busy working mum to two children and enjoys being outdoors, on coastal walks and bike rides.
