Sam Sparshott

Sam graduated university in 2000 with a degree in Real Estate Valuation. She qualified in 2005 and started her career specialising in business rates. 

In 2007, Sam moved into private practice and has built up years of experience valuing all types of commercial and residential property prior to joining Savills.

Sam currently undertakes valuation of property for various purposes including lending, charities, viability, expert witness and internal accounts.

In addition, Sam undertakes viability work for both private clients and local planning authorities across, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.

Sam is a busy working mum to three children and enjoys running around her local area of Salisbury Plain when she gets the chance.
