Rebecca joined Savills in 2012 and is now a planning director in the planning north team (based in Leeds) with a wealth of experience in advising public and private sector clients.
Rebecca is involved in a wide variety of projects and provides planning advice to a diverse range of clients including landowners, developers and private companies. Rebecca has long established relationships with local planning authorities and key stakeholders which can be leveraged to open up high level discussions to ensure projects are commenced in the right context with the correct approach.
Rebecca is a member of the Savills senior living working group and the Savills education sector group. Outside of Savills, Rebecca also sits on the Leeds property & economic forum steering group and the York & North Yorkshire property & economic forum steering group.
