Sophie Williams

Sophie was elected a chartered planner with the Royal Town Planning Institute in February 2021.  

Sophie provides a broad range of planning advice and services to a range of clients including house builders and individual landowners. She works on a wide variety of projects of different scales.  

Her work includes planning appraisals, local and neighbourhood plan representations, engaging with a range of stakeholders, the preparation and submission of planning applications and the co-ordination and submission of post planning work including reserved matters and non-material amendment applications.  

Sophie has considerable experience in land promotions for sites of varying scales, through the local plan process including the production of comprehensive Vision Documents.  

She graduated from the University of Manchester with an Msc in Planning in 2018 and a BA (Hons) in Geography in 2017.
