Joe joined Savills in September 2014 on the commercial property pathway of the graduate programme, and now works in the northern commercial valuation team based in Leeds.
Joe specialises in the valuation of retail, office and industrial properties across the north of England, including for loan security, fund valuations, company internal purposes, fund negotiation purposes and advising local authorities.
Joe gained experience with a number of teams within Savills during his training which included retail, industrial and Investment agency. Outside of work Joe enjoys a round of golf, football and cycling.
