James joined the northern valuation team in 2014 and specialises in the valuation of commercial property across the North of England.
James has over 20 years of experience and is involved predominantly in loan security valuations for a variety of lenders. Valuations are also carried out for property funds, property companies, institutions, high net worth individuals and trading entities.
Whilst he specialises in loan security valuations, James also appraises land and developments for residential and commercial uses on behalf of developers and public bodies, and prepares accounts valuations in accordance with UKGAPP and IFRS.
James is married with two daughters, and is a keen swimmer.
