Lucie is a chartered town planner. She provides a broad range of planning advice and services, in relation to sites of varying scale, to a range of clients including national house builders, infrastructure providers and individual landowners.
Key services she can provide include: promoting strategic land of varying scales and type through Local and Neighbourhood Plans, preparing planning appraisals, project managing and preparing planning applications.
Lucie has significant experience in working in sensitive areas, such as Green Belt and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
