Robert is based in Guildford and works on projects in the south east, managing planning submissions and advising his clients on an array of development projects.
Robert's career began in local government before joining the planning team at Savills in 2014. Robert is commercially minded and works closely with his colleagues in the Guildford development team advising on opportunities to maximise value and viability. He has the experience to take on projects from their inception, undertaking planning appraisals and then managing applications through the planning process.
