Dominic Taylor

Dominic has developed a trusted relationship with clients through delivering reliable and honest project management. Dominic has acted for some of the largest commercial and residential developers in the UK as well as a number of private individuals and property investors. Dominic joined Savills in January 2024. Before joining the south east division, Dominic worked at a top national planning consultancy for a year and a half.

Dominic has overseen a number of planning approvals from small-scale commercial and residential schemes to large - scale strategic urban extensions. Dominic leads in the preparation of planning applications, site due diligence and pre-application enquiries.

Outside of work, Dominic likes to keep active, socialise and watch live sports. Whenever he is not spending his evenings and weekends in London, Dominic likes to retreat back to the Devon countryside where he grew up. Dominic is an active a member of the County Club in Guildford. Dominic supports Blackburn Rovers Football Club, Lancashire County Cricket Club and Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club.
