Jo is an associate director in the planning team based in Glasgow. She has over 20 years professional experience in both the private and public sectors.
Beginning her career working for local planning authorities in England, Jo returned to Scotland in 2001 and joined Savills in 2022.
She provides planning consultancy services on a wide range of development proposals, including renewable energy, electricity grid infrastructure, housing and commercial / employment schemes, at locations throughout the UK. Jo is involved at all stages from site finding and initial feasibility studies, submitting applications for planning permission and Section 36 consent, to concluding legal agreements and purifying planning conditions.
Away from work, Jo enjoys travelling and hillwalking.
