Simon is based in the planning department within the Glasgow office and advises clients on a wide range of planning projects across Scotland.
Simon has worked within the planning sector since the late 90s and the lion's share of his career has been spent in consultancy in Scotland. He advises clients across all elements of the planning spectrum from development plan submissions and planning applications through to planning appeals and public inquiries. He also co-ordinates environmental impact assessments and his clients include renewable energy developers, housebuilders, estates and strategic land promotion companies.
