Danielle Corker

Danielle began her career at Savills in 2013 when she joined as a graduate. After completing rotations in the development, planning, valuation and office agency departments and qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2016, she joined the development team full time.

Danielle works in the Edinburgh development team and specialises in residential development agency and consultancy, particularly in Edinburgh and the Lothians. She acts for a range of clients with advice including disposals and marketing, acquisitions, pricing and development feasibility.

With a background in archaeology and building conservation, Danielle has a particular interest in historic buildings. Her favourite projects involve finding new uses for disused and abandoned historic properties, bringing them back to life.
