Ben is the head of the residential development team in Scotland. He specialises in disposals, acquisitions and residential investment.
Ben joined Savills in 2010 and brings significant development experience and market knowledge from both an agent and developer perspective. Throughout his career he has worked across Scotland with a focus on both urban and suburban development sites.
He works closely with the Savills capital markets team providing consultancy advice and local expertise on build to rent or PRS proposals in Scotland together with the disposal of residential portfolios across the country.
