Bengaluru Market Watch | Office Year-End 2024

Office leasing in Bengaluru significantly rose by 47% YOY in 2024, accounting for nearly one-third of India’s total demand. The city continued to lead among the top six cities with 22.9 mn sq. ft. of gross absorption. The ORR maintained its dominance, contributing 41% of the total leasing activity, followed by Peripheral East and the SBD City with shares of 23% and 15%, respectively.
