Key Highlights:

-India recorded gross absorption of 60.7 mn sq. ft. in YTD 2026, reflecting 6% YoY growth.

-Bengaluru accounted for the highest share of overall leasing activity at 27% during Q3 2026, followed by Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR at 22% and 17%, respectively.

-The tech sector led overall absorption with a 32% share during the quarter, followed by flex spaces at 21% and BFSI at 10%.
