Strong demand propelled Hyderabad to the second spot in country leasing. The city’s office market grew rapidly with 13.1 mn sq. ft. gross absorption in 2024. This marked a 52% YOY growth in transaction activity. The substantial increase in transactions was led by the SBD-I micromarket, accounting for 65% of total absorption.
