Emily is an accredited RICS registered valuer with over fifteen years’ experience.

Emily attended The Royal Agricultural College and has been a qualified RICS registered valuer since 2010 and has experience of valuing Central London properties as well as rural valuation experience in many parts of the country but is now based out of the Telford office in Shropshire.

Emily's role includes the valuation of estates, farms and residential and commercial properties for loan security and tax planning. She also has extensive experience in expert witness matters and has acted in Court as an Expert Witness, specialising in high value and complex matrimonial cases.
