Amie Beacock

Amie studied at the University of Reading before completing a Master’s degree in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams University. She joined Savills in 2022 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2024.

Amie has extensive experience supporting valuations of estates, farms, and residential properties for purposes including loan security, capital taxation, and broader tax planning. She also provides rural property management services to both private and institutional clients, offering expert consultancy on landlord and tenant matters.

Amie grew up in Shropshire giving her excellent local knowledge and expertise. Amie enjoys playing padel and is a keen equestrian.
