Oliver Lydon

Oliver started his property management career in 2013 working at Facilities Services Group dealing with many different clients ranging from hotels to restaurants dealing with the day to day management of their buildings and equipment. In 2014 Oliver moved to a building services company working as a key accounts supervisor in the commercial property sector, looking after a team of 4 office staff and 15 on site engineers based at the clients buildings in central London. In September 2017 Oliver joined Savills as the Rickmansworth client relationship manager.

Oliver prepares all the managed properties from the pre tenancy stages to the termination of the tenancy. Oliver carries out the mid term property visits as well as being the main point of contact for the client and tenants throughout their tenancies. Working closely with his central property manager he also assists with maintenance works and liaises with contractors to resolve any maintenance issues which may occur.

Oliver is a very active person loves going to the gym regularly and loves all sports he is a big fan of American football, he holds a particular soft spot for the San Francisco 49er's.
