Simone began her career in lettings in 2013 working at a local agent before starting with Savills in 2016 as a lettings negotiator. Having worked in the Harpenden office for the duration of her time at Savills, she was promoted to the head of department in 2023, after returning to work following the arrival of her son, Hugo.
