Joe Rome

With a background in estate management for charitable and private clients in both England and Scotland,  Joe is now involved in rural consultancy offering a range of valuation and tax advice to banks and individuals in the East Midlands and East Anglia.

Joe's key expertise includes the valuation of rural assets, specialising in the valuation of intensive agricultural systems as well as strategic reviews, tax planning and financial forecasting for clients.

Joe qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2023 and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2024. Joe enjoys all aspects of rural life, having relocated closer to his family's farm, he looks forward to enjoying a more hands on contribution going forward.
