Natalie is a valuation surveyor and an RICS registered valuer, undertaking property and land valuations across the East Midlands with a focus on residential instructions.

Natalie initially joined Savills in 2017 within the estate management team in Peterborough. In 2018 Natalie progressed to the rural consultancy team. Natalie qualified as an RICS Associate in 2022 and became a Registered Valuer.   

Natalie's team provides professional services in the rural and residential sectors; valuations are provided for a range of purposes including secured lending, expert witness, charities act, compulsory purchase and taxation. Instructions cover a wide variety of property such as land, country estates, farms, glasshouses, food processing facilities and residential property.
