Laura Oxtoby

Laura specialises in the valuation of farms, estates, residential property, and mixed rural assets for a wide range of purposes, including taxation and secured lending. After graduating from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Geography, she joined Savills in 2020 and spent five years with the Northern consultancy team in York. Laura joined the Scottish consultancy team in 2025, and now delivers valuation and consultancy advice across Scotland.

Laura qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and as a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2023.

Laura comes from a farming background, and grew up on mixed arable and dairy farm in East Yorkshire.
