Sarah Jackson

Sarah is a rural practice chartered surveyor, a registered valuer, and has been involved in providing quality advice to rural clients since 2003. She focused early in her career on valuation and rural professional work, assisting in a number of high profile tax cases, and has international experience spending a number of years valuing residential and agricultural property in New Zealand.

Sarah returned to Savills Edinburgh in 2013 and has extensive experience in all aspects of rural consultancy for a diverse range of clients, specialising in valuation for tax, loan security, and matrimonial purposes including the preparation of expert witness reports. She is one of the first chartered surveyors to be fully STEP qualified and has experience in both English and Scottish jurisdictions.

Sarah has been at the forefront of the valuation of Scottish estates with a particular interest in emerging natural capital markets and their influence on value.
