Helen is a surveyor and has been working at Savills since 2019. She is based in the Perth office however her area of work spans across the UK.
Since joining Savills, Helen's main area of work involves acting on behalf of landowners to assess sites for renewables development and negotiating land agreements.
She primarily negotiates land agreements for energy projects across a range of technologies, including battery storage, solar PV and wind; from new developments to existing developments, in the case of lease extensions/repowering. Helen also appraises sites for renewables potential and undertakes land tenders on behalf of landowners.
Having been brought up on a working family farm in Perthshire, Helen has an interest in rural affairs and is currently a member of her local Young Farmers club.
