Henry is part of the Savills Earth Capital Advisory team at Savills. He specialises in energy generation and storage projects, providing transactional and valuation services for projects at all stages of the development lifecycle.
He is experienced as a lead commercial advisor for both buy and sell side mandates. He has worked cross divisionally in Savills to deliver some of the largest mixed portfolio sales in the UK. This often requires coordinating due diligence from across disciplines and companies, providing valuation and deal structuring advice, and negotiating with counter parties to navigate the transactional process on behalf of clients. His clients range from FTSE 100 utility companies, national developers, banks and institutional landowning clients.
Henry joined Savills as a graduate in 2014 and is based in Edinburgh.
