George Hipwell

After graduating from the University of Aberdeen and working for an estate as part of their in-house team, George joined an independent firm becoming a chartered surveyor in 2014 and Fellow of the Central Association for Agricultural Valuers in 2015. George progressed to director on the firm's management board before joining Savills in November 2022 as a director in the rural management team in Perth.

George provides professional advice on a wide range of matters across Scotland. George has a broad scope of work, including the management of rural farms and estates, consultancy roles and project work. He has a proactive approach, focussed on outcomes and an interest in strategic and innovative opportunities that enhance sustainable businesses.

Outside of work George, is kept busy with his young family and enjoys sports and the outdoors in his free time.
