Alexa Mewse

Joined Savills in January 2019 based in the Perth office.  Responsible for residential lettings across estate management clients. I am involved in all aspects of residential property management and a point of contact for client's, tenants and contractors.  Covering a varied geographic spread of property from diverse portfolios ranging from city centre flats to rural cottages and farmhouses with locations across Central Scotland.  

I have 20 years+ experience in a variety of property roles including mortgage advisor, contracts control and management, agency and residential lettings.     

In 2023 I gained my AssocRICS qualification in residential property management, was promoted to Associate and invited to join the Scottish Estate Management board.

Outside of work I spend time with my family and friends, enjoy travelling, cold water swimming and beaches.
