Charlotte Howard

Having worked in the private rented sector since 1994 and joined Savills in 2009, she has worked across lettings, tenancy progression, property management and team leadership roles, supporting private landlords, portfolio landlords and tenants. This breadth of experience provides a detailed understanding of the practical, legal and customer service considerations involved in residential lettings.

As Head of Lettings Customer Services, she leads the team supporting Savills' residential lettings network across the UK. Working closely with colleagues across the business, she helps teams navigate complex situations, share knowledge and deliver positive outcomes for landlords and tenants.

Passionate about professional development and industry standards, Charlotte develops and delivers training programmes across the business and has supported many colleagues prepare for and achieve the Propertymark Level 3 qualification. She is a strong advocate for knowledge sharing, continuous learning and raising professional standards across the lettings industry.

ARLA qualified since 1997 and FARLA qualified since 2014, she is also a founding member of The Lettings Industry Council (TLIC), collaborating with industry leaders, professional bodies and government stakeholders to help raise standards, share best practice and support positive change across the private rented sector.
