Sapna, successfully runs a team of compliance managers who are responsible for reducing the health and safety, compliance, financial and fraud risk in the residential lettings division.

Sapna positively implements regular auditing/spot checking. Identifying processes that need adapting or new processes that need implementing. Improving the quality of data on our systems and identifying system development requirements to make staff more efficient. 

Sapna continues to provide legal support, she’s passionate about helping our lettings teams with their legal queries and love finding ways of making complex deals go through. She also enjoys keeping busy dealing with legislative changes, acquisitions and successfully meeting the legal and compliance needs of our growing business.
