Tom joined Savills Norwich office in 2014 and leads the rural team in Norfolk. His principal area of work is the disposal, acquisition and valuation of rural assets in East Anglia.
Tom began his career in 2006 in the north of England, working across Northumberland and Yorkshire principally in the transaction and valuation of prime rural assets before leading a team in Cambridge undertaking transactional and consultancy work. This included renewable energy projects, predominantly for large scale solar and wind schemes.
Tom works as part of the rural agency team in Savills specialising in the acquisition, disposal and valuation of farms and estates, principally in eastern England, while also undertaking consultancy work around valuation, tax and restructuring.
Tom is responsible for the rural team in Norfolk who provide management, consultancy, farming and agency services to a diverse range of clients across the county, and beyond.
