Joshua joined Savills in 2016 as a member of the rural estate management team in Norwich.
After working for a number of years in London, Joshua completed a masters degree in rural estate management, before taking up the role of rural surveyor in Norfolk. In addition to being a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
Joshua works in all aspects of estate management and looks after a number of estates across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. In addition to his management work Joshua also gives professional and strategic advice on a range of issues such as landlord and tenant matters, estate planning, structure and strategy, and compulsory purchase and compensation.
Joshua is secretary of the Norfolk committee of the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust as well as being a Council member of the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association and Aylsham Agricultural Association.
