Iain Hudson

Iain has considerable skills as a building surveyor and has extensive experience of real estate in the North East. Prior to joining Savills in 2022 Iain was a Partner at an international real estate consultancy gaining extensive experience and developing a detailed understanding of client service.

Iain's current focus is on developing the building & project consultancy offering from the Newcastle office. He is focused on delivering exceptional client service and is a firm believer in going the extra mile.

Iain lives in the North East of England and enjoys commuting by bike in the warmer months and walking with his family and dog on the beach.
