Tom is an associate director within the Residential Valuation team in London. After arriving at Savills in February 2018, qualified as a Member of the RICS in May 2020.
Tom went to Oxford Brookes University between 2013 - 2016. Starting life in London as a letting agent in Islington & Highbury. Following by rotating on the Savills Residential Graduate Scheme, working in Residential Valuations, Development Viability, Knightsbridge Houses team and East London Development Consultancy.
Tom has a broad knowledge base of the London residential market, supported by having lived and worked in capital for close to a decade.
He undertakes residential single unit, portfolio, development and investment valuations predominantly for loan security, tax and accounts purposes.
Outside of his day-to-day work, Tom works closely with the Back Up Trust Charity, an APC Mentor and sits on the Valuation Business Development Team.
