Anthony joined Savills in 1986 as a chartered surveyor to establish the London based residential valuation private client team which he continues to lead.
Anthony has a Valuation Office background, which provided very good grounding for his area of work in the private client team where he advises private banks, high net worth individuals, family offices, trust companies and private clients on mainly high value residential property in central London and the Home Counties.
He also advises on residential Investment portfolios and the occasional property in Southern Spain and on the Cote d'Azur. His most challenging and interesting assignment to date was the sale of Dolphin Square in Pimlico SW1 for Westminster City Council. When the Leasehold Enfranchisement law came into force applying to flats in 1993, working with key private client lawyers he relished acting for lessee clients in ground breaking negotiations with landlords advisers .
He leads the LGBT network as part of the Diversity and Inclusion Group in the company.
